Permaset Synthetic Fixer

For use with Permaset Print Pastes or Fabric Printing Colors. The Synthetic Fixer improves the adhesiveness to substrates which would otherwise have poor adhesive qualities. Works best with synthetic materials such as poly/cotton blends polyester or acrylic fibers.
